When will the
flowers bloom again
to rejoice in the birth of
the sun?
How odd it seems that a
land
should be so barren,
waiting,
when life seems so far
from coming.
Surely there is something
greater
than human spirit, so
fragile,
which urges on and
comforts,
while the waiting seems so unbearably long.
